1. CYCLOTOUR AROUND ACCOMMODATION IN APPARTAMENT TATRAS
Starting point is at apartment. Follow the way towards to hotel SPS Jaslovske Bohunice. Turn to left or right at the second crossing where you easy find trees cross country skiing traces. Follow one of them to get to Liptovsky Jan or to Ilanovo. On trees ways you can cross hillsides of mountains or go to valleys. You can take ways back around fields.

2. CYCLOTOUR TO MLYNY - OBLAZY
Cyclotour leads on trees middle deficult vaves path. Some parts go for a walk. Distance is 6 km about - 1,5 hour. Bigin in village Kvacany and follow the red mark to entrance of Kvacianska valley and far away on dificult rise to Hladka skala. The path has stones surfice. There waits for you big rice that we recommend go for a walk. You will get to the top where is beautiful view to rock named Janosikova hlava. Then you take smooth rice to canyon Pod Uhliskami. The terein is smooth vaved and after not long rice you will get to Rohac. There is the best view of canyon of Kvacianska Tiesnava. Then waits for you only sinking up to crossing to Mlyny - Oblazy. You would rather go towards to village Huty. In front of wooden bridge over the stream Kvacianka turn left. This way you will get to Mlyny. Return way leads eather through path on blue mark to road or through road to Huty and in front of bridge turn right to Kvacany.
3. CYCLOTOUR LIPTOVSKA MARA
From Liptovsky Mikulas take direction to crossing at Liptovska Sielnica then towards to Besenova. On the crossing at Partizanska Lupca go towards to Liptovsky Mikulas. Distance is 39 km about. Cyclotour leads on very good road around dem Liptovska Mara which offeres beautiful view to surounded Low, West and High Tatras. You can take shortcut throuh village Vlachy. This tour is not so difficult among cyclotours Low Tatras.
Ride leads on smooth asfalt and field road from Kvacany through Liptovske Matiasovce, Podmestrova, Sucha dolina and back. Distance is 12 km about - 4 hours. In village Kvacany at inn turn to side street that follows with field road. There is smooth sinking after that turn right to trees and behind bridge over Suchy potok turn left. On crossing follow the main road up to rapid curve where bigins rapid rice. Turn towards east on ankquality asfalt road. Take thi road up to it[ end. On the right you can see Sivy vrch and Ostra in West Tatras and on the left Holica - the highest pick of Chocke vrchy. Mind of trees cars on the way back. From Podmestrova follow main road to Nizne Matiasovce where is situated Roman Catholic church St. Ladislav build in 16 sentury and barok fortification from 17 sentury with corner bastions with it[ loopholes.
Havranok is the hill above dem Liptovska Mara with natural museum of original Kelt settlement. Cyclotour leads on quality asfalt surfice around Liptovska Mara from Kvacany through Liptovska Sielnica, Hlinik, Bobrovnik up to Havranok and back. Distance is 25 km about - 3 hours. From Kvacany go towards to Liptovsky Mikulas and on crossin at Brnice turn right towards to Ruzomberok. Follow the troad aroun Liptovska Mara where is beautifull view to surounded mountains . 6. CYCLOTOUR TO EXHIBITION OF RODISKA A DEDINY AND TO FOLK CARVER
